How and when do I receive my reward?

Your referral must sign up to use one of Emerald’s services to earn the reward. Following this, we will contact you to either:

- Payout £500 via paypal or bank transfer.

- Discuss your desired experience equivalent to the cash reward.

- Donate your reward to planting 500 trees in your name.

Referrals for talent candidates can only qualify for a reward if the candidate is successful as a placement.

Can I refer more than one company?

Yes, the more the merrier. You will receive the reward for each new referral that signs up to Emerald Technology. There is no cap on the amount of referrals, either for our services or candidates.

Do I have to be an Emerald Client to send a referral?

No, it is not a requirement to be an existing Emerald customer to qualify for the referral reward.

If you are new to Emerald, please put us in touch with your CEO, Founder, HR or Talent team to start earning. 

If you are already a CEO, Founder, HR or Talent team - you cannot refer yourself- so you cannot benefit from this reward. However, you can refer candidates or other companies that would find our services useful.

You will receive one reward for each referral, no matter the amount of services they use.
